IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
When using our online service you are booking a time slot to drop off your bike, we aim to complete the works the same day if the bike is dropped off to us before 11AM. If your bike requires more work than requested (or we need to order parts) we may need to schedule in the job at a later date. As we have limited spaces for workshop bookings, a £5 no show fee will be charged if you fail to attend without contacting us piror to you drop off date.
